Engagement

How we work契約・お取引の形態

Every engagement is contracted under a written service agreement signed directly with the client. Invoices are issued by OMNYS LIMITED and settled by bank transfer in HKD, USD or JPY. すべての案件は、クライアントと直接締結する書面の業務委託契約に基づいて実施します。請求書は OMNYS LIMITED より発行し、HKD・USD・JPY のいずれかによる銀行送金にてお支払いいただきます。

Project

Project-based engagementプロジェクト型

A defined scope with a fixed deliverable — typically a process assessment, or the design and deployment of a specific tool. Usually two to four months. 成果物と範囲を定めた案件。業務プロセス診断、または特定ツールの設計・実装が中心です。期間は概ね2〜4ヶ月。

Retainer

Monthly retainer月額顧問型

Continuing advisory and operational support after deployment, including maintenance, training and incremental development. 導入後の継続的なアドバイザリーおよび運用支援。保守・トレーニング・追加開発を含みます。

Clients are corporate entities located in Hong Kong and Japan. We do not accept payments from consumers and do not operate any cardholder-facing checkout. お取引先は香港および日本に所在する法人のみです。個人消費者からの決済の受付、およびカード決済によるチェックアウトの提供は行っておりません。
